Née en 1952, je suis pratiquement autodidacte. J’ai commencé à peindre et à modeler très jeune. L’enseignement et l’art thérapie ont suivi une période d’artisanat d’art, puis je suis revenue définitivement à la peinture à partir de 2012.
J’ai affiné ma spontanéité avec Pierre Bourguignon et Agatha Preyzner et exploré le dialogue entre ombre et lumière aux côtés de Jérôme Delépine ; deux approches qui ont nourri ma quête des formes et des couleurs.
J’aime me laisser naviguer par vagues -floues ou structurées- et au hasard de mes inspirations : la vague paysages, la vague personnages, la vague végétaux, la vague abstrait, la vague symbolique.
L’image ne se révèle pas toujours au premier regard. Je propose au spectateur de prendre le temps de laisser venir en soi ce que la toile suggère, à capter son atmosphère.
En peignant ou modelant, et même s’il y a aussi bataille dans l’acte de création, j’aime me connecter à un état de conscience beaucoup plus concentré, globalement plus apaisé, plus joyeux…

Born in 1952, I am largely self-taught. I began painting and sculpting at a very young age. After a period spent working in arts and crafts, I moved into teaching and art therapy, before returning to painting full-time in 2012.
I honed my spontaneity with Pierre Bourguignon and Agatha Preyzner and explored the interplay between light and shadow alongside Jérôme Delépine ; two approaches that have fuelled my quest for forms and colours.
I like to let myself be carried along by waves—whether fluid or structured—and by the whims of my inspiration : the wave of landscapes, the wave of figures, the wave of plants, the wave of the abstract, the wave of the symbolic.
The image does not always reveal itself at first glance. I invite the viewer to take the time to let what the canvas suggests come to her/him, to capture its atmosphere.
When painting or sculpting, and even though there is also a struggle in the act of creation, I like to connect with a state of consciousness that is much more focused, generally more peaceful, more joyful…
